The TL9000 family of standards is an ISO 9001 based standard with additions and interpretations specific to the telecommunication industry, with added emphasis on a periodic performance measurement reporting system.

This two day training course will give you the skills and confidence to audit TL 9000 through interactive activities, workshops and tutor-led discussions. The key emphasis is process approach with risk based thinking.
