Statistical Process Control (SPC) is one of the most powerful process improvement tools. Among all the SPC techniques, control charts are the most common tool for process monitoring and improvements. Unfortunately in most of the industrial practices, control charts are still manually calculated and plotted which compromises its effectiveness – time consuming, calculation errors and etc.
