    Scope: Hosting of personal health data in digital format, relating to Data Center (Colocation) services, including the preparation, activation, and operation of infrastructures, platforms, and services through: • the preparation and configuration of sites and computer rooms; • the management of the physical security of computer rooms; • the management of infrastructures and technological facilities. The scope of the service is limited to the provision and maintenance in operational condition of the technological infrastructures and physical sites and does not include logical access, application management, or interventions on the information content used for the processing of hosted health data. The activities carried out correspond to the following HDS category, as defined by the ANS HDS:2024 reference framework: The provision and maintenance in operational condition of the physical sites hosting the hardware infrastructure of the information system used for the processing of health data. In accordance with the Statement of Applicability (SoA) version 5.0 dated 27/04/2026. The organization is certified according to the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard. This HDS certificate is valid provided that the ISO/IEC 27001 certification is maintained for the same scope. Hosting di dati sanitari personali in formato digitale, relativo a servizi di Data Center (Colocation), inclusa la preparazione, l’attivazione e l’esercizio delle infrastrutture, piattaforme e servizi attraverso: • la preparazione e configurazione dei siti e delle sale sistemi; • la gestione della sicurezza fisica delle sale sistemi; • la gestione delle infrastrutture e degli impianti tecnologici. L’ambito del servizio è circoscritto alla messa a disposizione e al mantenimento operativo delle infrastrutture tecnologiche e dei siti fisici e non comprendono l’accesso logico, la gestione applicativa o interventi sui contenuti informativi utilizzati per il trattamento dei dati sanitari ospitati. Le attività svolte corrispondono alla seguente categoria HDS, come definita dal framework di riferimento ANS HDS:2024: La messa a disposizione e il mantenimento in condizioni operative dei siti fisici che ospitano l’infrastruttura hardware del sistema informativo utilizzato per il trattamento dei dati sanitari. In conformità con la Dichiarazione di Applicabilità (SoA) versione 5.0 del 27/04/2026. L’organizzazione è certificata secondo la norma ISO/IEC 27001:2022. Il presente certificato HDS è valido a condizione che la certificazione ISO/IEC 27001 sia mantenuta per lo stesso ambito.
    Hébergement de données de santé à caractère personnel sous format numérique, relatif aux services de Data Center (Colocation), incluant la préparation, l’activation et l’exploitation des infrastructures, plateformes et services à travers: • la préparation et la configuration des sites et des salles informatiques; • la gestion de la sécurité physique des salles informatiques; • la gestion des infrastructures et des installations technologiques. Le périmètre du service est limité à la mise à disposition et au maintien en conditions opérationnelles des infrastructures technologiques et des sites physiques et n’inclut pas l’accès logique, la gestion applicative ni les interventions sur les contenus informationnels utilisés pour le traitement des données de santé hébergées. Les activités réalisées correspondent à la catégorie HDS suivante, telle que définie par le référentiel ANS HDS:2024: La mise à disposition et le maintien en conditions opérationnelles des sites physiques hébergeant l’infrastructure matérielle du système d’information utilisé pour le traitement des données de santé. Conformément à la Déclaration d’Applicabilité (SoA) version 5.0 du 27/04/2026. L’organisation est certifiée selon la norme ISO/IEC 27001:2022. Le présent certificat HDS est valable sous réserve du maintien de la certification ISO/IEC 27001 pour le même périmètre.
