Scope: The provisioning of development, maintenance, and management of software products supporting medical monitoring, including the CardioWatch, Corsano App, Corsano Health Cloud, and the Corsano Research Portal. In accordance with the Health Data Host (HDS) certification framework v2.0, Corsano Health provides the following activities: • Activity 1: Provision and maintenance of physical sites for hosting hardware infrastructure, performed by an external HDS-certified subcontractor, Amazon Web Services (AWS), under the responsibility and oversight of Corsano Health. • Activity 2: Provision and maintenance of the hardware infrastructure of the information system, performed by AWS as an HDS-certified subcontractor, under the responsibility and oversight of Corsano Health. • Activity 3: Provision and maintenance in operational condition of the virtual infrastructure of the information system used to process health data. • Activity 4: Provision and maintenance in operational condition of the platform for hosting information system applications. • Activity 5: Management and operation of the information system containing health data (including control of interventions and administration of resources). • Activity 6: Backup of health data. The organization is certified according to ISO 27001:2022. This HDS Certificate is valid subject to a valid ISO 27001 certification for the same scope.
La fourniture du développement, de la maintenance et de la gestion de produits logiciels destinés à la surveillance médicale, notamment la CardioWatch, l’application Corsano, le Corsano Health Cloud et le Portail de Recherche Corsano. Conformément au référentiel de certification Hébergeur de Données de Santé (HDS) v2.0, Corsano Health assure les activités suivantes : • Activité 1 : Mise à disposition et maintenance des sites physiques permettant l’hébergement de l’infrastructure matérielle, réalisées par un sous-traitant externe certifié HDS, Amazon Web Services (AWS), sous la responsabilité et la supervision de Corsano Health. • Activité 2 : Mise à disposition et maintenance de l’infrastructure matérielle du système d’information, réalisées par AWS en tant que sous-traitant certifié HDS, sous la responsabilité et la supervision de Corsano Health. • Activité 3 : Mise à disposition et maintien en condition opérationnelle de l’infrastructure virtuelle du système d’information utilisée pour le traitement des données de santé. • Activité 4 : Mise à disposition et maintien en condition opérationnelle de la plateforme d’hébergement des applications du système d’information. • Activité 5 : Gestion et exploitation du système d’information contenant les données de santé (incluant le contrôle des interventions et l’administration des ressources). • Activité 6 : Sauvegarde des données de santé. L'organisation est certifiée selon la norme ISO 27001:2022. Ce certificat HDS est valable sous condition d’une certification ISO 27001 valide pour le même périmètre.
