    Scope: The scope of the SMSI covers the hosting, administration, and operations, as well as the activities and supporting assets required to run the following systems, in accordance with the DDA version 1.3 of 16/01/2025: - The cross-functional Digital Patient Record (DPI) for the collection, processing, and storage of personal health data (DSCP); - The medical regulation software of the CRRA (Center for Reception and Regulation of Calls) to receive and process medical emergency calls under optimal conditions. The CHU de Reims provides the service of hosting health data across all six activities defined in HDS:2024 version 2.0 within the scope of the SMSI: 1. The provision and maintenance in operational condition of physical sites for hosting the hardware infrastructure of the information system used to process the health data; 2. The provision and maintenance in operational condition of the hardware infrastructure of the information system used to process the health data; 3. The provision and maintenance in operational condition of the virtual infrastructure of the information system used to process the health data; 4. The provision and maintenance in operational condition of the platform for hosting information system applications; 5. The management and operation of the information system containing the health data; 6. Backing up health data. The organization is certified under ISO 27001:2022. The HDS certificate is conditional upon maintaining a valid ISO 27001 certification for the same scope.
    Le périmètre du SMSI englobe l'hébergement, l'administration, l'exploitation ainsi que les activités et biens supports nécessaires au fonctionnement des systèmes suivants, conformément à la DDA version 1.3 du 16/01/2025 : - Le Dossier Patient Informatisé (DPI) transversal, dédié au recueil, au traitement et à la conservation des données de santé à caractère personnel (DSCP) ; - Le logiciel de régulation médicale du CRRA (Centre de Réception et de Régulation des Appels) Le CHU de Reims exerce la prestation d’hébergement de données de santé sur l'ensemble des six services d'hébergement HDS:2024 version 2.0 sur le domaine d'application du SMSI : 1. La mise à disposition et le maintien en condition opérationnelle des sites physiques permettant d'héberger l'infrastructure matérielle du système d'information utilisé pour le traitement des données de santé ; 2. La mise à disposition et le maintien en condition opérationnelle de l'infrastructure matérielle du système d'information utilisé pour le traitement de données de santé ; 3. La mise à disposition et le maintien en condition opérationnelle de l'infrastructure virtuelle du système d'information utilisé pour le traitement des données de santé ; 4. La mise à disposition et le maintien en condition opérationnelle de la plateforme d'hébergement d'applications du système d'information ; 5. L'administration et l'exploitation du système d'information contenant les données de santé ; 6. La sauvegarde des données de santé. L'organisation est certifiée selon la norme ISO 27001:2022. Ce certificat HDS est valable sous condition d’une certification ISO 27001 valide pour le même périmètre.
