    Scope: As such, OR2S has been certified as a health data host for activities 2 to 6 of the “HDS V2 Accreditation standards”, more specifically for the provision of a platform capable of processing personal health data, since 02/14/2025, valid until 02/13/2028 and not subject to renewal. The declaration of applicability does not contain any exclusion v1.1 14/11/2024. The organization is certified according to ISO 27001:2022. This HDS Certificate is valid subject to a valid ISO 27001 certification for the same scope.
    À ce titre, l’OR2S est certifié hébergeur de données de santé sur l’activité 2 à 6 du « Référentiel d’accréditation HDS V2 », plus précisément sur le périmètre de mise à disposition d’une plateforme pouvant traiter des données à caractère personnel de santé, depuis le 14/02/2025, en cours de validité jusqu’au 13/02/2028 et n’ayant fait l’objet d’aucun renouvellement. La déclaration d'applicabilité ne contient aucune mesures v2 17/12/2025. L'organisation est certifiée selon la norme ISO 27001:2022. Ce certificat HDS est valable sous condition d’une certification ISO 27001 valide pour le même périmètre.
