Sistem Manajemen Indonesia was an agent of BSI Singapore Pte Ltd prior to the acquisition and had recruited highly competent auditors comprising of mostly senior auditors with many years of experiences as auditors, consultants and trainers. These highly competent human resources were transferred to PT. BSI Group Indonesia after the acquisition.
