Organizations around the world recognize the value of using management systems (MS) to control business risk and contribute value.

Utilizing the new unifying and agreed high level structure (HLS),  BSI has developed a comprehensive one-day, non-residential course, that explores the principles and requirements of the HLS, and its benefits to organizations.

Through a balance of formal classroom tutorial, activities, and open forum discussions, delegates will gain awareness of the high level structure, identical core text and common terms and core definitions (for use in Management System Standards); This course is particularly valuable for individuals involved in the planning, implementing, or maintaining of a new MS.

    How will I benefit?

    • Communicate the high level structure, identical core text and common terms and core definitions for use in Management System Standards
    • Particularly useful for those organizations that choose to operate a single (sometimes called integrated) MS that can meet the requirements of two or more MS
    • Upon completion of this training, participants will be able to:

      • Recognize clauses of the new HLS in new MS standards
      • Identify core text and common terms and definitions
      • Express how the alignment and compatibility of standards will be enhanced by the HLS
      • Communicate the future structure of standards and the values of such standards to users
      • Recognize the benefits for those organizations that choose to operate a single, sometimes called integrated, management system that can meet the requirements of two or more MS
    • Anyone with MS responsibility, including:

      • Compliance and Risk, Operations, Consultants or anyone involved with the planning, implementing or maintaining of new Management Systems
      • Anyone undertaking, or facing transition requirements involving new/revised ISO Management Systems
    • 1 Day (9am to 5pm)

    • There are no prerequisites for this course.
