And with this training, you can build on your existing expertise to become a Six Sigma Black Belt in just 10-days.

By attending this course you'll advance from a qualified Green Belt to Black Belt level, gaining a more in-depth understanding of the Six Sigma concepts, methods and tools to lead on improving key processes that will drive business success.

Pre-requisites:

You must have attended our Six Sigma Green Belt Training

A Six Sigma knowledge assessment will apply before you can begin the course. (Note: It's compulsory for candidates to pass this assessment)
Candidate must have attended Six Sigma Green Belt Training conducted by BSI
For candidate not previously trained under BSI, a Six Sigma knowledge assessment will apply before course commencement. (Note: It is compulsory for candidates to pass this assessment)

Anyone who is a Six Sigma Green Belt who wants to improve their knowledge and expertise as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
You'll receive a BSI certificate of attendance upon completion of this Six Sigma Black Belt (upgrading from Green Belt) training with a minimum attendance of 90% per phase.

Certification requirements for Certified Six Sigma Black Belt
- Complete the Black Belt training with a minimum attendance of 90% per phase.
- Pass the exams at the end of each phase of the course with the minimum score of 70%
- Complete 1 Six Sigma Black Belt project
- Complete final report on project
- Demonstrate sustained gains through sign off by your senior management
You'll be given 8 months from completion of the training, to complete 1 Six Sigma Black Belt project to support with certification.
