    This course is designed for line managers, supervisors and team leaders who are faced with the challenging task of overseeing the execution of work.  This course explores the various functional needs of present-day supervisor and equips the participants with skills and knowledge for effective performance in a diversified working environment.

    Not only supervisory skills are vital in managing the modern day workforce, being able to give positive feedback is also a key factor in determining the success of a team. Team mates have an innate need to seek feedback on how they are performing constantly. Lack of feedbacks will tend to make us making up information to fill the void – and it’s almost always negative, which will be affecting how would all team members moving forward psychologically. Therefore, positive feedback is very much needed to reinforce good work performance and behaviour.
