The course aims to equip you with the necessary Six Sigma Black Belt skill set to enable you to initiate, lead, and implement cross-functional improvement projects that will yield business and financial benefits for your organization. This course shall also prepare you for the ISO 18404, ASQ, IASSC, and CSSC certifications at the Six Sigma Black Belt level, should you desire to pursue such.

Six Sigma is a continuous improvement approach for improving overall business performance. It utilizes the tools and techniques of Six Sigma to help organizations identify and reduce process variability, improve productivity and quality, and increase customer satisfaction.

Our Six Sigma Black Belt course shall cover the critical concepts, theories, and, advanced tools and techniques of Six Sigma. After the course, you will be able to apply the methodology, principles, and tools in your own process improvement project, and, communicate the impact and results to project stakeholders. Likewise, you will be able to use the Six Sigma methodology and statistical tools to identify and solve day-to-day business problems without the need to organize and execute a formal project.

Following this course, you will have taken another major professional milestone in achieving other internationally recognized competence for Six Sigma Black Belt certifications, such as ISO 18404, ASQ, IASSC, and/or CSSC.

Upon submitting and gaining BSI approval for your completed project, you’ll receive an internationally recognized BSI certificate of qualification as a:

Certified Six Sigma Black Belt Professional

Six Sigma Black Belt certification requirements:
- Completion of the Six Sigma Black Belt, and Organizational Change Leader training courses with at least 80% attendance
- Pass the assessments of the above courses after the training sessions with at least a 70% mark, and
Complete a Six Sigma Black Belt project vouched for by the company representative
