Lean Sigma is an improvement management system adopted by many enterprises to realize the vision of operational excellence. Top management team need to have a clear understanding on the purpose of Lean Sigma, as well as its principles and methodology to be able to make the right decision on whether to adopt Lean Sigma, to provide effective leadership in this initiative and most importantly, laying their commitment to ensure success.

This course aims to provide the participants with sound understanding on Lean Sigma concepts and methodology. Upon completion of this training, the participants will:
- Understand the purpose of Lean Sigma and its key concepts
- Define key focus areas for implementation
- Lead and guide in deployment of Lean Sigma.
Suitable for senior and top management levels (i.e. CEOs and their direct reports).

Note: It is recommended that participants be in position to commit to improvements, allocate resources, sponsor project teams and set business performance indicators.
On completion, you will be awarded an internatoinally recognized BSI Training Academy certificate.
