Bribery remains one of the most widespread and damaging forms of corruption globally. Organizations are under increasing pressure from regulators, investors, and the public to uphold ethical business practices and demonstrate robust anti-bribery controls. The newly revised ISO 37001:2025 responds to these challenges by incorporating clearer guidance, stronger alignment with governance expectations, and enhanced due diligence requirements.

This 2-day training explores the full requirements of the revised standard, enabling delegates to support effective system design, implementation, and continual improvement. This course helps mitigate those risks by developing your capability to implement a management system that resists bribery and strengthens compliance culture.

- Demonstrate the business benefits of implementing an effective ABMS
- Describe the Plan-Do-Check-Act management system approach and how it relates to ISO 37001:2025
Anyone with responsibility for anti-bribery management, including:
- Those with responsibilities for ethical behavior, corporate governance, risk and compliance, management systems, anti-bribery measures, human resources, procurement and those managing/selecting business associates especially if operating in high risk bribery environments
- Those with responsibility for anti-bribery enforcement activities
- Internal and external management systems auditors who are new to anti-bribery practices
- Those interested in finding out more about bribery and anti-bribery management systems
There are no formal prerequisites, but it is recommended that you have a good understanding of how typical organizations operate.
On completion, you’ll be awarded an internationally recognized BSI Training Academy certificate.
