This one day training course will give you an overview of how to manage a food defence programme in the food and beverage industry.
Food defence works to reduce the risk of tampering or other malicious, criminal, or terrorist actions on food (unlike food safety which emphasizes on measures to prevent unintentional contamination). All organizations recognize the increasing need to demonstrate and provide adequate evidence of their ability to identify and control food safety hazards, regardless of whether these are intentional or unintentional.
Our tutors have professional experience working with organizations to help them set-up successful management systems across a variety of industries. They understand your challenges and they bring the subject matter to life with relevant and contemporary examples to enhance your learning.
Those who are responsible in development & implementation of Food Defence Systems including management representatives, managers, internal auditors, food defence coordinator, food safety team leader, food defence or food safety team members, production, warehouse, security, IT, maintenance, human resource and administration executives or supervisors.
On completion, you will be awarded an internationally recognized BSI Training Academy certificate.
