Course Aim: Obtain a detailed understanding of the key terms, definitions and requirements of ISO 21001:2018 and how the requirements of this standard can help your organization to better meet learner needs.

Course Description: Educational Organizations need a Focussed Management Standard to deliver value. ISO 21001 is the most focussed standard for educational organisations and learning service providers. It specifies operational processes for educational services and focusses on best practices such as strategy, social responsibility, design of curriculum, delivering and evaluating courses. This standard aligns with the International Standard Classification of Education proposed by UNESCO and with the European Quality Assurance Framework for Training (EQAVET). The standard can be implemented by educational organizations and learning service providers.

This course helps you to identify the structure and requirements of an effective EOMS and what this means for you. It helps you to gain an understanding of the ISO 21001:2018 management standard, the key terms and definitions and the High Level Structure (HLS). You’ll learn to interpret and apply the key concepts and principles of the standard to existing processes within your organization.
