Course Aim: Develop the knowledge and skill required to implement an ISO 21001:2018 Educational Organization Management System (EOMS).

Course Description: Educational Organizations need a Focussed Management Standard to deliver value. ISO 21001 is the most focussed standard for educational organisations and learning service providers. It specifies operational processes for educational services and focusses on best practices such as strategy, social responsibility, design of curriculum, delivering and evaluating courses. This standard aligns with the International Standard Classification of Education proposed by UNESCO and with the European Quality Assurance Framework for Training (EQAVET). The standard can be implemented by educational organizations and learning service providers.

This course equips you to gain the required skills to conduct a base-line review of your organization’s current position and implement the key principles of ISO 21001:2018. Using a step-by-step approach, you’ll learn how to develop an implementation plan, create necessary documentation, monitor your EOMS and achieve continual improvement.

Pre-requisites: You should have a good knowledge of ISO 21001:2018 and the key principles of an EOMS. If not, we strongly recommend you attend our ISO 21001:2018 Requirements course.
