      Prerequisites: You should have a knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and the key principles of a QMS amalgamated with the knowledge of processes and advantages of complaints management system. If not, we strongly recommend you attend our ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 10002:2018 Requirements course.
