Dhiraj’s work experience of 25 years includes 18 years of operations and leadership roles in the ITES sector, in organizations such HCL Technologies and Patni Computer Systems, followed by 7 years in training and auditing of management systems, in BSI.
As a subject matter expert, Dhiraj has developed global courses for BSI, using Accelerated Learning Techniques.
He has also been a sector head and product Head in British Standards Institution (BSI).
Qualifications and professional membership:
Dhiraj is an engineer in Electronics and Telecommunications and a Post Graduate in IT Management, from Delhi. He is an accredited management trainer and an IRCA certified Lead Trainer for Service Management System, Information Security Management, and Quality Management. He is a Certified Performance Coach from Neuro Leadership Institute.
