Scope
The development, operation, and administration of a web application in SaaS mode (Software-as-a-Service) and of hardware for the medical and administrative operations of occupational health services, including the creation and manipulation of medical records in occupational health. This includes: 1. the provision and maintenance in operational condition of physical sites for hosting the hardware infrastructure of the information system used to process health information, 2. the provision and maintenance in operational condition of the hardware infrastructure of the information system used to process health information, 3. the provision and maintenance in operational condition of the virtual infrastructure of the information system used to process health information, 4. the provision and maintenance in operational condition of the platform for hosting information system applications, 5. the management and operation of the information system containing health information, and 6. the backup of the health information. According to SoA v3.1 with no exclusions. The organization is certified according to ISO 27001:2022.
Le développement, la mise à disposition et l’administration d’une application web en mode SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) et de matériel permettant la gestion médicale et administrative d’un service de santé au travail et notamment la constitution et la maintenance de dossier médicaux en santé au travail. Dans ce cadre, cela inclut : 1. la mise à disposition et le maintien en condition opérationnelle des sites physiques permettant d’héberger l’infrastructure matérielle du système d’information utilisé pour le traitement des données de santé; 2. la mise à disposition et le maintien en condition opérationnelle de l’infrastructure matérielle du système d’information utilisé pour le traitement de données de santé; 3. la mise à disposition et le maintien en condition opérationnelle de la plateforme d’hébergement d’applications du système d’information; 4. la mise à disposition et le maintien en condition opérationnelle de l’infrastructure virtuelle du système d’information utilisé pour le traitement des données de santé; 5. l’administration et l’exploitation du système d’information contenant les données de santé; et 6. la sauvegarde de données de santé. Selon la DdA 3.1 sans exclusion datée le 05/02/2025. L'organisation est certifiée ISO 27001: 2022.

Scope
Padoa Privacy Information Management System complies with the requirements of ISO 27701:2019 for the following data processing activities : - Data processing activities where Padoa is Data Controller : platform security, administrative management of personnel, payroll management and completion of administrative formalities, career and mobility tracking, supervision of equipment, work environment, recruitment, server access management, entry and exit of visitors, badges, support tools, employer portal activity, user training, product/service improvement, marketing. - Data processing activities where Padoa is Data Processor : Management of the occupational health and safety service, online registration, tool to assist in the preparation of the single occupational risk assessment document and the resulting prevention actions, tool to assist in the assessment of chemical risks. In accordance with the statement of applicability v3.1 dated February 5, 2025.
Le système de gestion de l'information sur la vie privée de Padoa est conforme aux exigences de la norme ISO 27701 :2019 pour les activités de traitement de données suivantes : - Activités de traitement de données pour lesquelles Padoa est responsable du traitement : sécurité de la plateforme, gestion administrative du personnel, gestion de la rémunération et accomplissement des formalités administratives, suivi des carrières et de la mobilité, supervision du matériel, environnement de travail, recrutement, gestion des accès aux serveurs, entrées et sorties des visiteurs, badges, outil de support, activité portail employeur, formation des utilisateurs, amélioration produits/ services et marketing. - Activités de traitement de données pour lesquelles Padoa est sous-traitant : gestion du service de prévention et de santé au travail, adhésion en ligne, outil d'aide à l'élaboration du document unique de prévention de risques professionnels et des actions de prévention en découlant, outil d'aide à l'évaluation du risque chimique. Conformément à la déclaration d’applicabilité v3.1 du 05 février 2025.
