Scope
HDS Outsourcer host activities, including: - Design, development, production of cloud-based standalone software for automatic quantification of anatomical structures and lesions on medical images, to support healthcare professionals with screening, diagnosis and patient monitoring and management (hereafter called information system), - The provision and maintenance in operational condition of the application platform hosting the information system, - The provision and maintenance in operational condition of the virtual infrastructure of the information system used for the processing of health data, - The administration and operation of the information system containing the health data, and - Backup of health data. In accordance with the statement of applicability v14 dated 17 September 2021. The organization is certified according to ISO 27001:2013.
Activités d’hébergeur infogérer comprenant: - Conception, développement, production de logiciels autonomes basés sur le cloud pour la quantification automatique des structures anatomiques et des lésions sur les images médicales, pour accompagner les professionnels de santé dans le dépistage, le diagnostic et le suivi et la gestion des patients (ci-après dénommé système d'information); - La mise à disposition et le maintien en condition opérationnelle de la plateforme applicative hébergeant le système d'information; - La mise à disposition et le maintien en condition opérationnelle de l'infrastructure virtuelle du système d'information utilisé pour le traitement des données de santé; - L'administration et l'exploitation du système d'information contenant les données de santé; et - Sauvegarde des données de santé. Conformément à la déclaration d'applicabilité v14 du 17 Septembre 2021. L'organisme est certifié selon la norme ISO 27001: 2013.
