Scope
Protecting the health data of Computacenter Customers, that is accessed, processed, stored or hosted (on infrastructure directly provided or partner provided) by personnel of Managed Services France. The Global Infrastructure Operations (GIO) function in Montpellier provides the following activities, in compliance with HDS certification: • Provision and maintenance in operational condition of the physical infrastructure of the health information system; • Provision and maintenance of premises to house the physical infrastructure of the health information system; • Provision and maintenance in operational condition of the software platform (operating system, middleware, database, etc.) of the health information system; • Provision and maintenance in operational condition of the virtual infrastructure of the health information system; • Operations outsourcing of the health information system; • Outsourced backups of health data. Some activities are managed by external providers. HDS activities from #1 to #6 of the reference system ASIP Santé HDS:2018 version 1.1 In accordance with the statement of applicability MS France, version 6.5 updated on 18/11/2019 - no exclusion. The organization is certified according to ISO 27001:2013
La protection des données de santé des Clients de Computacenter, qui sont consultées, traitées, stockées ou hébergées (sur une infrastructure directement fournie ou fournie par un partenaire) par le personnel des Centres de Services en France. Le service Global Infrastructure Operations (GIO) de Montpellier assure les activités suivantes, en conformité avec la certification HDS : • La mise à disposition et le maintien en condition opérationnelle des sites physiques permettant d’héberger l’infrastructure matérielle du système d’information utilisé pour le traitement des données de santé; • La mise à disposition et le maintien en condition opérationnelle de l’infrastructure matérielle du système d’information utilisé pour le traitement de données de santé; • La mise à disposition et le maintien en condition opérationnelle de la plateforme d’hébergement d’applications du système d’information; • La mise à disposition et le maintien en condition opérationnelle de l’infrastructure virtuelle du système d’information utilisé pour le traitement des données de santé; • L’administration et l’exploitation du système d’information contenant les données de santé; • La sauvegarde de données de santé. Certaines activités sont sous-traitées à des prestataires externes. Activités HDS de #1 à #6 du référentiel ASIP Santé HDS:2018version 1.1. Conformément à la déclaration d'applicabilité « MS France, version 6.5 mise à jour le 18/11/2019 » - aucune exclusion. L'organisation est certifiée selon la norme ISO 27001:2013.
