ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 is the internationally recognized standard for a service management system. It supports the management of the service lifecycle, including the planning, design, transition, delivery and improvement of services to meet agreed requirements, so they deliver value for customers, users and the service provider.

ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 specifies requirements for an organization to establish, implement, maintain and continually improve an SMS. The requirements include the planning, design, transition, delivery and improvement of services to meet the service requirements and deliver value for customers, users and the organization delivering the services.

This training combines our ISO 20000-1 requirements and implementation courses, with an additional 2 days of content with examination. This will provide you with: An in-depth understanding of the Standard; the best practice methods to implement the Standard within your organization; and ensure its effectiveness by teaching you management skills such as; leadership, effective delegation, problem solving and motivation.

To provide you with the knowledge and skills required to perform first, second and third-party audits of service management systems against ISO/IEC 20000-1, in accordance with ISO 19011:2018 and ISO/IEC 17021-1, as applicable.
