The Draft International Standard (DIS) for ISO/IEC 20000-1 has been published. This is where organizations like yours have the opportunity to review the draft and make comment. Comments are accepted from businesses, interested parties and individuals. As the national standards body for the UK, BSI will gather all the incoming comments, review them with the National Committee and submit the final UK response to ISO.
