Lean Sigma Champion training program is to develop leaders for the effective implementation of the Lean Sigma tools & methodology that are essential to achieve breakthrough improvement in their business process performances.

This training program provides the pre-requisite knowledge before any leader’s embarkation to become a Lean Sigma champion. It helps to deliver a more in-depth understanding of Lean Sigma’s rhythm & rigor - in terms of Lean Sigma methodology, tools/ techniques, and most importantly in the aspects of roles & responsibilities, project selection, staffing, and training.

Identify & manage Lean Sigma projects & cultural change effectively.
Understand and have the clarity on the roles & responsibilities of a Champion during Lean Sigma implementation.
Utilise effective methods to select Black Belts and Green Belts in their organization.

- Post stage, of Lean Sigma improvement projects.
- To learn the deployment process for preparing, selecting, executing and monitoring Lean Sigma projects development.
This training is designed for General Managers, Directors, Departmental Heads, Senior Managers and Managers.
This training course is HRDF approved under the SBL scheme.
