Sponsors play a critical role in ensuring the success of any project or initiative. In Lean, we call them ‘Lean Champions’ individuals who champion organizational transformation.

This two day training course will help to develop champions for the effective implementation of the Lean principles and tools, vital to achieve breakthrough improvement in the operational and organisational process performance.

You will gain an in-depth understanding of Lean through the study of the management of Lean projects. This will expand on the practice of Lean principles, tools/techniques, and with special focus on project selection and management.
