As an organization adopts or about to adopt formal management system standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, there is always a need to ensure all personnel (especially key staffs) have a well understanding and appreciation for the management systems.
Since there are many standards that an organization practices, it is imperative that these standards should not be confused during implementation. All personnel need to have adequate knowledge to enable them to support the overall systems.
Recent evolution of the standards based on Annex SL High Level structure (HLS) and introduction of risk-based approach definitely will be a great challenge for all existing users as well as new users.
