The ISO 9001:2015 QMS emphasizes continual improvement and risk-based thinking through leadership from top from management level to the rank and file. The course intends to provide the participants with the understanding of management’s role in carrying out a review of the quality management system as a means of determining the performance level, identifying risks/problems, establishing plan of actions to address the risks/problems and more importantly, improvement opportunities to ensure the suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness of the MS.
