- 2007 - 2013: Head of ICT, Projects, Customer Services, Sales for Etisalcom Bahrain WLL and Bahrain Broadband Co. W.L.L- both being telecom operators.
- 2013 – 2019: Managed value-added, Government-oriented programs focused on process improvement and technology advancement in line with the conditions of the Telecommunications Law and service licenses – including governance of end-to-end licensing affairs, audits and compliance with respect to Lawful Access Plan.
- 2019 - till date: Lead Auditor and Tutor in BSI India, delivering assessments and training sessions; conducting technical reviews (for ANAB & UKAS accreditations).
