As well as helping to set standards of excellence, we strive to embed excellence within our own organization and aim to adopt industry best practice wherever we can*. And from time to time, we are also independently recognized and rewarded for the work that we do.

BSI's internal business management system (BMS), hosted on the intranet, is an Intranet Innovations award winner, the global competition celebrating leading edge intranets and digital workplaces.

The Intranet Innovation Awards are the premier awards for intranet teams. Drawing on the best of intranet work around the world, these awards are unique in their recognition of individual improvements, and not intranets as a whole.

Superbrands^® recognizes trusted and strong brands throughout the world. In the UK we’ve been recognized as a Business Superbrand every year since 2003 and our Kitemark since 2008.

The Cathay Pacific China Business Awards scheme recognizes and rewards UK and Ireland business dynamism and success in Hong Kong and China. BSI won the 2012 Continued Commitment Award.
