Statistical Process Control (SPC) is one of the most powerful process improvement tools. Among all the SPC techniques, control charts are the most common tool for process monitoring and improvements. Unfortunately in most of the industrial practices, control charts are still manually calculated and plotted which compromises its effectiveness – time consuming, calculation errors and etc.

With the MINITAB Statistical Software, one of the most widely used statistical software in the world. The learning and utilization of control charts can be greatly enhanced by leaving the tedious statistical calculations to the software and focus on the statistical concepts, charts interpretations and applications.
