Built on the foundations of ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management, aligned with the ISO high level structure and the ISO 22002-100 Prerequisite Programmes on Food Safety, it incorporates internationally accepted best practices for food safety. FSSC 22000 helps organizations deliver safe food by implementing a systematic, risk based, and preventative approach, while driving continual improvement of their FSMS.
In this course, you will gain the essential skills to conduct a baseline review of your organization’s current FSMS, evaluating its alignment and readiness for FSSC 22000 certification. Using a step-by-step approach, you’ll learn how to develop an implementation plan, create the necessary documentation, and effectively monitor your FSMS.

Delegates may also obtain a copy of ISO 22002-100 Prerequisite Programmes on Food Safety - Requirements for the food, feed and packaging supply chain, and the relevant ISO 22002 Prerequisite Programmes on Food Safety relevant to their food industry sector.
