- Attend at least 90% of the Green Belt training programme.

- Complete the 5-hour Organizational Change Practitioner On-Demand eLearning course and pass the assessment.
- Complete one Lean Six Sigma Green Belt project within 24 months of training completion.
- Submit a project report for BSI approval.

Is there a re-sit option for the BSI examination?
