NEWS: ISO/IEC FDIS 20000-1 has been published

To help organizations respond to increasing service demands and a changing service delivery environment, ISO/IEC 20000-1 is being updated.  The Final Draft International Standard (FDIS) for ISO/IEC 20000-1 has now been published, with the final standard expected for release in July 2018.
