Lean Masters would be able to confidently address lean issues and opportunities at the corporate and operational levels. In addition, Lean Masters would be able to make recommendations to top management on direction and vision of the lean initiatives.

- Explain Lean principles and techniques
- Follow the techniques of each Lean tool (in the syllabus) and apply them in initiating, leading and managing improvement projects
- Recite the respective lean tools in details (objective, purpose and application)

Pre-requisite(s):
- Candidate must have attended Lean Expert Training conducted by BSI Academy.
- For candidate not previously trained under BSI Academy, a Lean knowledge assessment will apply before course commencement. (Note: It is compulsory for candidates to pass this assessment)
