TL 9000 Process Based Internal Auditing

The TL 9000 Quality Management System (QMS) was created by QuEST (Quality Excellence for Suppliers of Telecommunications) Forum to meet the quality requirements of the worldwide telecommunications industry. TL 9000 certification helps assure buyers of consistent quality across all products and services.  Auditing helps the organisations to improve on the performance of their quality management system as well as to comply to a requirement of the standard.

This course provides delegates with an understanding of the audit requirements, audit methodology, how to conduct a process-based audit and explanation of the TL 9000 audit approach.
