Risk Assessment is that structured part of Risk Management that identifies and analyzes the risk in terms of consequences and probabilities. It covers the logical and systematic methods in the identification, analysis , monitoring and review including communication of such risks.
Best practice risk assessment techniques have been used at different industries to capture the different sensitivities of the risk assessment process. The course intends to cover the various risk management objectives from risk identification to consequence analysis up to probability and impact assessments.

Who should attend?
This training is designed for risk assessment and core team for IMS implementation that are assigned to carry out operational risk assessment efforts in the organization.
The participants are expected to have a background knowledge on at least one management system standard or have applied a risk management exercise in any of the management system standard, QMS Sectoral standards, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 27001 etc.
