    ISO 22002-1:2025 and ISO 22002-100:2025 bring important updates that impact the prerequisite programmes (PRP) for food safety and their alignment with FSSC 22000 and ISO 22000 requirements.

    This training is designed to help food industry professionals understand the changes, assess their impact, and implement the necessary adjustments in the food safety management systems.

    • This course is suitable for personnel responsible for the food safety program in food manufacturing organizations, including food safety team leader/coordinator, food safety team members, internal auditors, food hygiene officers and other personnel.

      It is particularly suitable for personnel directly involved in the establishment and development of food safety management systems due to its focus on the fundamentals.

    • There are no formal prerequisites, however it will be useful for delegates to read the standard before attending the course.
