Nearly two years after the start of the pandemic, prioritizing people and finding new ways to build social connection and belonging sits firmly at the top of corporate agendas. As hybrid working is clearly here to stay, organizations must focus on adapting their business models to establish and maintain a culture of care, enabling them to be sustainable, trusted, and resilient in the long term.
