During his 20 years in healthcare he also consulted for the British pharmacological society and NEJM on a broad range of life sciences and medical opportunities.

With over 15 years of industry experience, he has successfully led large-scale global teams and possesses a deep understanding of certifications such as ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 27017, HITRUST, PCI DSS, ISO 45001, ISO 45003, SOC 2, SOC 3, GxP compliances, and more.

Gerard is the Head of Health and a partner in Brown Jacobson, specialising in advising organisations in the health sector on their public law obligations and issues. His work covers interpreting statute, supporting system re-organisations, advising on governance, supporting health regulators, providing advice on information law matters and, when necessary, defending challenges to decisions made. He is also recognised as a lead inquiries lawyer for health public bodies.

Eilís McDonald is a commercial technology lawyer, specializing in data protection, privacy and cyber security. Eilís advises clients in the technology, industrial, financial services, life sciences and consumer goods sectors on a broad range of data protection matters including privacy governance, compliance frameworks and processes, ePrivacy and digital marketing, AI product launch and IT transformation. Eilís also advises on complex outsourcing and technology transactions mainly in the financial services sector. Eilís is qualified in Scots law and recently passed the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test examinations in Ireland. Eilís was recognised as a key lawyer in Data Protection in this year’s The Legal 500 (Legalease) Europe directory. She has coordinated the DLA Piper European Cookies Guide, has featured as a guest lecturer on the Law Society of Ireland’s Technology Diploma. Eilís co-leads the Dublin branch of DLA Piper's Leadership Alliance for Women network and is actively involved with campaigning and awareness raising in respect of gender equality in the legal profession.

Gerry Andrady serves as the CEO of Hatch, a healthcare technology company that specializes in patient coordination and system optimization. He started his career as a technology consultant for Deloitte Consulting, Bank of America and HCA, where he served in a variety of engineering, architecture, and operations roles. More recently, Gerry has held senior leadership roles at multiple Nashville-based startups including Qualifacts, Shareable Ink and Medalogix, which he co-founded as CTO and helped grow from initial launch to the leading predictive analytics company in the home health space. As Chief Technology Officer at ObjectiveGI (now ObjectiveHealth), Gerry joined the two co-founders in launching the company as the first hire and releasing the initial data-driven solution to identify ideal candidates for clinical trials based on EMR data.
Gerry graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a major in Economics and minor in Information Systems. Gerry lives in Nashville with his daughter Ainsley.

Misty is a strategic, people-centric, and transformational coach and executive, offering extensive experience driving peak performance in companies and people. For this masterclass, Misty is sharing more about her specific experience as a senior executive during a set of fast-paced years at Apex HCM Technologies as VP of Sales, Account Management, and Implementation where she worked tirelessly to recover from an extreme ransomware attack which was to be followed by the unexpected shutdown of COVID-19. During this time, she focused on retaining as much of the client base as possible, rebuilding the new sales pipeline that was decimated, and rebuilding the sales team after facing 100% turnover.

Andrew is Head of Clinical Innovation at Amazon Web Services and also the Director of Innovation at the UCL Centre for Digital Innovation powered by AWS. He is a physician by background with 20 years’ experience of working in the NHS. Over the past 15 years he has worked in a variety of Health Technology roles including on the UK National Programme for IT, BMJ, Hearst Health and DXC Technology. He helps healthcare organisations progress at all stages of their digital transformation journey. In his current role, he supports customers and partners to build healthcare solutions using AWS’ cloud services to improve patient experience and clinical outcomes.

Dr. Yasir Khan is a distinguished physician with over 20 years of expertise in health informatics. Based in the Middle East, he has held influential leadership roles in medium to large healthcare systems. Notably, he played a key advisory role in Qatar's E-health program and has since contributed his expertise to public health organizations in Saudi Arabia, Oman, and the UAE. Currently serving as Lead Physician Executive for Oracle Health (Middle East), Dr. Khan is a strong advocate of "informatics driven clinical excellence." His unique background in clinical training, software engineering, and a master's in health policy and economics has led to the development of award-winning programs with proven patient outcomes through information system (IS) transformations. Dr. Yasir Khan has a proven track record of enhancing quality healthcare delivery, safety, and efficiency through technology. His contributions have left an enduring impact on healthcare and informatics, making him a prominent figure in the field.
