Independent survey proves Kitemark® is making a difference
More than 60 percent of licensees report increased trust from consumers
An independent survey, carried out by after-sales specialist Automotive Advantage, has once again underlined the necessity for and success of the Kitemark for Garage Services scheme in the automotive industry.
The survey, which involved a number of Kitemark licensees, questioned the benefits of the scheme, its effectiveness and, impact on consumers.
Overall, licensees hailed the scheme a resounding success with more than 60 percent identifying an increased trust in their business by motorists and 88 percent stating that they had received comments about the Kitemark from customers.
With licensees also gaining new business with the Kitemark, all garages surveyed stood by their decision to embrace the scheme believing it to be the way forward for the automotive industry.
