Management Systems Auditee Training Course

Provide knowledge on audit requirements and how to prepare, to ensure readiness for any management system audit (internal or external) in order to fulfill assessment objectives.

Organizations see their management systems as one of the key tools, if not the most important one, to achieve their highly anticipated vision and strategic goals. These management systems require internal audits to be conducted and accreditation requires that the organization be assessed externally.

The key objective of these assessments is to determine the conformance and implementation of the management system requirements. Employees from management to shop floor, are vital in fulfilling this objective as they provide evidence of their awareness and conformity to management systems requirements.

This one day course will focus on the knowledge and awareness employees need to have in order to fulfill the organization’s and assessment objectives.
