Every year, the IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) holds a General Meeting where technical committees comprising experts from around the world meet to write standards for electrical, electronic and IT applications. Key global stakeholders also come together to decide on the current issues and future direction of the sector.
In autumn 2016 the IEC’s General Meeting will be held in Frankfurt, Germany and BSI, BEAMA, GAMBICA and IET, in partnership with the IEC, is offering three young engineers the opportunity to attend this pivotal event all-expenses paid as part of a special programme.
