Purpose of the position

- To be responsible for the whole PC new sales function in China.

Key responsibilities & accountabilities

  • Responsible for achieving sales goals for all product service businesses in the sales region, and develop new revenue opportunities.
  • Responsible for developing new accounts, managing sales exec. and maintaining a strong relationship with clients.
  • Providing leadership in developing and executing sales programs to maximize market shares and sales opportunities.
  • Developing sales plans and incentive program
  • Training and appraising performance of subordinates
  • Preparing departmental budget and cost control
  • Co-ordinating training courses & seminars
  • Assisting VP Testing in business opportunities and strategy ;
  • Performing any job-related assignments as required.

Candidate specifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above;
  • Min 8 years working experience in the Sales function with at least 5 years in consumer product testing, certification and inspection company;
  • Familiar with IEC, EN, UL etc test standards, CE Mark, MDD CE Mark, GS Mark, Kitemark and other certification marks knowledge;
  • Able to independently carry out the marketing in the assigned district, be good at analyzing customer groups, managing comprehensively and at market operation, and be flexible with emergence;
  • Ability to apply a consultative and analytical approach to problem solving;
  • Good history record of leading sales team to hit rate;
  • Be innovative, be solid and able to communicated with the top level officials;
  • Strong communication and coordination skills;
  • Strong business acumen;
  • First class presentation skills (especially to senior management);
  • Fluent English proficiency
