Purpose of Position

  • To achieve sales quota and new business revenue

Key responsibilities & accountabilities

  • Identifies business opportunities by prospecting in the assigned territory, qualifying the situations and deciding on the optimal actions
  • Understand and anticipates needs of the qualified prospects, and recommend the best solution over those of competitors
  • Maintains relationships with key clients by providing support, information, and advice; researching and recommending new opportunities for business improvements
  • Maintains relationships with partners by providing support and information; researching and recommending new opportunities for mutual business and technical developments
  • Analyze, report and forecast situations effectively following the Sales management process
  • Identifies product improvements or new products opportunities by being vigilant on customers’ needs and feedbacks, remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
  • Contributes to team effort to achieve organization targets
  • Adhere to compare rules in all activities under all situations

Candidate specifications

  • Bachelor degree with at least x-year sales experience
  • Having experiences in professional service and related industries
  • Good presenter and communicator
  • Self-discipline with good planning and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated; can work under pressure
