Cathay Pacific China Business Awards - Continued Commitment Award

The Cathay Pacific China Business Awards scheme recognizes and rewards UK and Ireland business dynamism and success in Hong Kong and China.

BSI won the 2012 Continued Commitment Award for its ongoing sustainable and ethical investment in the region and for its continued commitment in the China region.

Judges were impressed by our influential role in China, enabling organizations to improve competitiveness, increase reliability, ensure safety, improve accessibility, control quality, manage risks and improve business performance. The judges also stressed the important role that we played in increasing the value of Chinese industry together with global competiveness and reliability.

The awards are overseen by an advisory panel including representatives from the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office (HKETO), China Britain Business Council (CBBC), The Hong Kong Association, HSBC, UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) and Cathay Pacific.
