This webinar is an overview of ISO 45003, the first international standard of its type. It supports ISO 45001, which sets out a framework for an Occupational Health & Safety management system, offering additional guidance on a particular Occupational Health & Safety area which most organizations struggle to manage effectively.
Psychological health and safety of workers has become the most challenging aspect of occupational health and safety in the UK and around the world. Even before the pandemic, work-related mental health issues cost the UK economy £35 billion a year: now that figure is likely to rise even further.
Managing the psychological health of workers effectively during the current crisis will help organizations to recover more quickly and be more sustainable for the future.
