Dynamics Research Corporation Now ISO/IEC 20000 Certified

BSI announced today that Dynamics Research Corporation (Nasdaq:DRCO), achieved its certification on ISO/IEC 20000-1:2005 for IT Service Management.  DRC is a leading provider of innovative management consulting, engineering, and technology solutions to federal and state governments.

ISO/IEC 20000 is the first worldwide standard specifically aimed at ITSM. It describes an integrated set of management processes for the effective delivery of IT services to business and its customers.
