The TL9000 family of standards is an ISO 9001 based standard with additions and interpretations specific to the telecommunication industry, with added emphasis on a periodic performance measurement reporting system.
This two day training course is designed to provide you with an understanding of the concepts, application and implementation of TL9000 for telecommunication supply chain.
You will have the opportunity to explore the requirements of the standard and outline action plans to implement your organisation’s quality management system.
The latest revision, TL9100 R6.0, is aligned to the ISO 9001:2015, and adopted risk-based thinking and process approach, within the new ten-clause Annex SL framework. In R6.0, two brand new adder requirements are introduced. One is for sustainability assessment and the other for internal audit program planning.

Prior knowledge of ISO 9001 is beneficial but not a pre-requisite.
