FSSC 22000 Process based internal auditing

This course is one of a series designed for organizations wishing to obtain FSSC 22000 certification. You will gain a detailed understanding of the audit requirements specific to FSSC 22000, as well as concepts, roles and responsibilities of internal auditors.

A process-based approach advocates assessment of the inputs, outputs and controls within a process, as well as its interactions with other processes, and is especially helpful in identifying weak links and opportunities for continual improvement.

FSSC 22000 has launched version 4.1 of its international food safety management system certification scheme, which involves several changes to improve consistency and stringency. Key changes will be highlighted in the training.
