We produced a marketing toolkit last year for all clients to help make it easy to explain what the BSI Kitemark is and what it means for your customers. Whilst the integrity of the scheme is very important and close to our hearts here at BSI, it’s also really important to share this with your customers. Even if your work provider is sending customers your way, it’s still really important to give customers the reassurance that the repairs you make will be of high quality and won’t compromise on safety. Think about all the touchpoints, from conversations, to quotes right through to vehicle handovers, where could you be reassuring them with your BSI Kitemark message? Could you place a mirror hanger in their car to reaffirm why they came to you? Or include the BSI Kitemark logo on your emails. So even if you can’t influence how work comes into your bodyshop, you can send completed jobs away with your BSI Kitemark message.
The toolkit has loads of useful information, guidance and is easy to use. Free images, copy for websites, templates for mirror hangers, certificates and pretty much everything in between, if you haven’t already, take a moment to have a look through and see what it can do for your business.
